By accessing our website, placing an order, or downloading digital publication files from Aurelia House, you agree to be bound by these legally binding terms. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this site strictly for lawful purposes relating to reviewing titles, reading author profiles, purchasing publications, and managing your user account. Unauthorized automated scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of site infrastructure is prohibited.
3. Purchase Policy
All listed prices are displayed in USD (or local currency equivalents) and exclude applicable shipping costs or local sales taxes calculated at checkout. Aurelia House reserves the right to revise pricing or rectify inadvertent typographical errors on book listings prior to order confirmation.
4. eBook Delivery
Upon successful payment clearance, digital eBook titles become available immediately in your user dashboard downloads tab and via automated email link dispatch. Digital editions are licensed for personal, non-transferable use on compatible personal reading devices.
5. Refund Policy
Damaged or defective physical paperbacks will be replaced or refunded free of charge if reported within 14 days of postal delivery. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital files, eBook purchases are non-refundable once download links have been accessed, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, book covers, author photographs, typography designs, and logos—is the exclusive property of Aurelia House Publishing Ltd or its featured authors. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings arising from transactions with Aurelia House shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
